Our commitment
Kinkred is an adults-only (18+) service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form: content, conduct, grooming, solicitation, or any attempt by a minor to access the platform. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, remove, and report it.
Prevention
- 18+ age gate — date of birth is required at registration, validated in the app and enforced again server-side; a profile cannot go live without a verified-adult date of birth.
- App store age rating — Kinkred is rated for adults (18+/Mature) so store-level parental controls and age screening apply.
- Profile verification — optional selfie verification adds a human review layer against fake and underage profiles.
Detection & enforcement
- All uploaded images are automatically scanned; policy-violating content is blocked before it is shown.
- Users can report any profile, message, post, or comment. Dedicated report reasons include "Underage user" and "Child safety concern".
- Reports are reviewed by a human moderator. Suspected underage accounts are suspended pending review; confirmed CSAE results in an immediate, permanent ban with no warning.
- Evidence is preserved and reports are made to the relevant authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local equivalents — as required by law.

- In the app: open the profile, message, or post → Report → choose "Underage user" or "Child safety concern".

Compliance
These standards are maintained to comply with applicable laws and the child-safety policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. They are reviewed regularly and updated as our safety systems evolve.
