Delete in the app (fastest)
Settings → Data Export → Delete Account
This permanently deletes your profile, photos, matches, interactions, posts, and comments. You may be asked to sign in again first — this is a security measure for destructive actions.
Delete by request
If you can no longer access the app, email legal@kinkred.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and all profile/gallery photos
- Your matches, likes, winks, and Spark requests
- Your forum and community posts and comments
- Your authentication account
What may be retained
- Messages you sent to other users remain in their copy of the conversation, consistent with how messaging works.
- Records we're legally required to keep, or that are necessary to enforce bans and safety actions (e.g. moderation history tied to a banned account).
- Anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
